What to Do if You Forget Your Subscriber or Member Number

Members: Your 6-digit member number is on the upper left portion of your mailing label (see the image below; the member number in the example is 012345). If you no longer have a mailing label, please contact the Mycological Society of America at the address below.
Institutional Subscribers: You should receive your subscriber account number from the Mycological Society of America (if you subscribe directly) or from your subscription agent. If you do not have it, contact MSA at the address below or your agent.
