This paper is the fourth in a series documenting the Entolomataceae taxa (Agaricales, Basidiomycota) from Guyana. Six new species in three genera are described-Calliderma caeruleosplendens, Paraeccilia unicolorata, Trichopilus tibiiformis, T. fasciculatus, T. vividus, and T. luteolamellatus-occurring primarily in mixed tropical rainforests of the Potaro River Basin in the Pakaraima Mountains. Macromorphological, micromorphological, and habitat data are provided for each. None of these genera has been previously reported from Guyana.

Key words: Agaricomycotina, fungal systematics, Guayana Highlands, Guiana Shield, Neotropical fungi
